I am extremely grateful that they were around to focus on MY family. They were the best thing. As for leaving the rest alone, you don't have to listen, you can just ignore. Oh, but I guess since it bothers you so much, it must have struck a nerve. Even Jesus states "let those with ears use them and listen!" (Mark 4:9) and quotes Isaiah 6:9-10 "They will look and look, but they will not learn. They will listen and listen, but they will not understand." (Mark 4:12) but yet he continues with "If they did learn and understand, they would come back to me and be forgiven."
I don't get what all of the negative hype was all about...very good & decent add...this add didn't exploit anything negative about a woman's right to choose an abortion. (5-Stars)
I do have a question for the "Pro-Choice" advocates though: Doesn't a right to choose also mean a right to choose "Not" to have an abortion? Or are you only on our side if we make the choice "you" want us to make -- sounds very hypocritical to me -- Also, do the (so called) feminist/women's rights groups only come to a woman's defense when we play by their rules? Sounds very "Anti-Woman/Choice" to me.
I thought it was delivered with a good sense of humor a good message.
As a feminist, I'm not threatened by this ad. I simply disagree with FOF's deceitful, fuzzy-puppy effort designed to obfuscate their destructive, narrow-minded, hate-filled agenda. Other than that, it was a lovely ad.
How sad we live in a society where some people wish others who don't share their opinions didn't exist.
Hey, Focus on the Family:
Focus on your own stupid family.
Leave the rest of us alone.
Pro Choice before conception, Pro Life after conception. We want to protect the life of organisms in the ocean, forrest, on earth but the life of a fetus is not considered life or given the right to life...
Thank God for families like Tim Tebow's.....how sad that we live in a society that would criticize this commercial....Tebow is one of the few in the sports arena that is a role model for the good.
It's amazing to me how people will consistently ignore the fact that a human being is still a human being, regardless of whether anyone "wants" him or not. Yes, not everyone is ready or able to be a parent...but sex makes babies, remember? And you're not about to abstain from that just to avoid pregnancy. Someone explain to me how aborting a child is not wrong, explain to me how it's not killing, while keeping in mind that terminology doesn't change the meaning of a word, just someone's perception of it. And people perceive things as they wish, don't they, even if it means denying the truth of a thing.
When I watch this commercial, its.... Blah... Blah.... Blah..... Blah, hit your mother.... blah.... Brian Boytano wants his shirt back..... End.
Great ad! People are still having a good laugh at the groups stirring up the controversy. They find another excuse - "violence against woman ". .. still laughing, ... can someone stop me?
what a femist who looks out for the baby
This ad is great!! Did anyone listen to the punch line? It celebrates the joy of relationship and family, and is certainly not negative in any way!!
go to the web site referenced and see the remainder of their message including the father who cared less about endangering his wife's life for teh promise he made.
No Focus on the Family's true colors are showing advocating anything including showing kid a son violently attacking his mother.
MOTHERS aalso have a right to life with their existing children and not dying for one child and leaving the rest parentless.
And life for the poverty mother. The mother in a high risk pregnancy that could leave her other children orphans. And the poverty mother who (denied choice) must turn to coat hangers and drain cleaner and bleach as methods of abortion in filthy sleezy back alley tenament clinics.
Then the "ProLife" segment who claims alternatives of adoption (denying this route to 10% of the population) and foster homes again denied to the same 10% and refusing reform of the foster home system.
This was the funniest commercial of the whole game! lolololol
tebow ad is greatest
Tebow, focus on your own family!
GOT SOMETHING TO SAY?
